Why so foggy???

I'd get a skimmer. It's helped my tank tremendously! Quaddity is (as always! 
) on the mark. Wait until your tank cycles more via regular water changes and adding a skimmer if you can. I use a chemi pur elite as filtration medium in my sump, I like them. It helps for coraline algae growth on my liverocks. But for now we've got to get your ammonia reading .50 at the most before you should drop any life in there. And when I say life, I'm referring to strictly a clean up crew. I had my fish (just my clown) in water reading .50, I don't recommend it.
