Will this work

Ok so I'm getting a 50g tank from a guy at works uncle for $100 cnd with the lights (unknown wether its iridescent (sp) or fluorescent), plants, stand and I believe rocks, now I don't know if it has a filter or not so I was wondering if I could use 2 aquaclear 150's until I can get one that is rated for that size tank???Before anyone asks I do have a heater for it and all the oother stuff I need.....anyones advice would be greatly appreciated...thanx

ya. I think it would work. If you are just cycleing with them. Or dont put too large a fish load into it.

Are those live plants...

no the plants are fake...I will be redoing the tank with live plants eventually....also I have some live plants that will be transfered from the 30g that I am putting the fish from into the 50g....

I think those two filters could work for a while. If you get live plants make sure you have fluorescent bulbs.
