Worms???????????

In my little 2g hex with the cichlid in it, it has worms on the glass.I don't see anything on the fish or in any of the other tanks. The worms are very small and white in color, can barely see them and they are attached to the glass and crawling across it. does anyone know what this is, I tried to look it up but got no answers.

Actually, I just looked these guys up the other day.

They're a pretty common (and harmless) side-effect of overfeeding when you have cichlids.

Just cut back the feeding, and they'll go away.

that happened to me but i had a betta in the tank, i think they're called planaria.

Yep, thats right planaria. This question pops up from time to time....I was lucky and found someone else's thread asking the question. So when I saw them in my tanks I didn't have to ask(I didn't want to ask about worms). I get these guys every once and a while, but they always go away....there kinda weird though...
