I'm a bit worried about the Cichlids you have with a Striped Raphael. I guess that you can try and see if the Cichlids ignore the catfish, then it should be ok. I have two Striped Raphaels and all my fishies ignore them.

Striped Raphaels easily go anywhere they want to and fishies generally do not pay attention to them. However, there may be conflicts if a Striped Raphael go into an area (hiding/cave location) thats marked by a Cichlid.

Raff catsfish get about 6-8 inches and are very peaceful they are only active at night unless your feeding in the day time then they come out but I have never notice this fish giving any other fish problems I have a spotted raffy. Did you know that they also making clicking noise.

tiger oscar and the pleco are gonna get HUGE, soo i would say no
