Yay swordtails !

hello all,

im very exited, as you all know i currently have 1 female swordtail .. my dad you lives a few hours away from me has agreed to trade his male swordtail for a sailfin molly pair i have... this means i can now breed swordtails which ive always wanted to do anyone have any tips on breeding swordtail, is it the same as breeding mollies coz ive done that LOADS

Yes. precicely the same. put a male and female in the tank, add some water and they will be making babies soon.
im surprised you even need a male. most females come pregnant from the store, and will continue to give multiple births w/o a male for up to 6 times.
