Yeast mixture .. what should i use?

What is a good measurement of sugar and baking yeast for a 10g tank? Ive seen may other members on this forum with 10g planted and just wanna know what there most effective mixture was.

Also the yeast i have is ... Red Star, Active Dry Yeast. Is this the correct yeast to use? Thanks a ton.

In my DIY bottle I do 2 cups of sugar, TSP of yeast (I have that same Red Star yeast) and a TSP of baking soda. That may be a little stiff for a 10 gallon, I guess.
