yellow watchman goby

hey guys

my crazy girlfriend just finished calling me telling me she bought a cute little yellow watchman goby--what you guys think about him? i hear that he is a jumper- what do you guys suggest i use to cover my tank other than glass? someone on this site told me to use sum sort of egg crate from home depot which sounds like a good idea but will it limit my light from going through or will it cause werid lines since it lokks like a checker board and the light reflect off it?
i dont know--- someone help

the egg crate will limit some light--so will anything else you use to cover the tank

ywgs are cool but I have found that they are somewhat hard to feed in the main display tank

Eggcrate will be fine but I'd be wary of him starving to death in a little tank

why you say that? i read in serveral websites that they eat frozen and dried foods?
and supposedly they state thay are easy to keep
