Well, I just got a new CA test kid(salifert) and reef advantage calcium. It says to add 5grams per 40 gallons and not to dose more than 10grams per 40 gallons. So if I dose 10grams per 60 gallons I should be fine right?

I tests CA after putting in 7.5 grams last night and it said my CA was 360. Today I dosed another 7.5 grams and tested again and it now says 340. Any suggestions?

I dose it at 2 tsp/gallon of topoff water which I then dose at the rate of about 1 gallon a day.....my ca is running at about 420..... if you don't have a lot of hard corals or clams a ca level of 360-380 isn't that bad.....just watch that you alk is steady too...
