Wow $15 a piece... I just recently got two out of luck from Pets Mart for $2.49. I guess he made a mistake. They are good looking ottos. Hope you get them soon.
Yeah I would say that he made a mistake or that he really likes you. Usually from what I've seen they usually sell anywhere from $12 to like $16. However, take it and run with it, because two for $2.49 is a steal!

its in Silt (~80miles east of GJ)...if you can believe that LOL No grocery store or bank, but we can get fish LMAO The owners are mostly clueless actually...they give REALLY crappy advice...but they think I'm an 'expert' so they listen to me LOL Plus, they'll special order HEHE Whatever works LOL Better than having to pay shipping myself.

Very cool! Yeah I have to drive from Denver to GJ every time I need to go to our GJ office...so I drive through all those towns, might have to stop if I'm going out again soon just to say hi!

Hey having them order them and deal with the DOA's instead of you is a good deal! Do we get to see pictures when you get them?

I got them!! They are doing great!! They are so much heartier than the commonly found ones. Took them a while to color back up, that was the only thing. They looked like a common oto at first...they looked solid brown...but in about 24 hours they had definition in the coloring, and it looked black instead of brown. I'm a bit bummed that I didn't get ones with the dramatic zebra 'striping'...these guys are a bit more mottled...but still very cool. Bigger than I expected too. They'll be a great addition to my 29.

They are still in QT, and that tank does not lend itself to photography at all. I only got one passable pic, and it could have been better. They move to the big tank next friday, so I will get some more pics of them then.

:D
