I believe ther is a link on the front page about online stores.
My fav, and appears that several people agree - is BigAlsOnline.
Great prices, big selection, shipping is cheap (highest charge is about $12.00)
I've been using them for over a year - quite a bit - never a problem. Nice people, very helpful. Their customer service people remind me of a mom-n-pop store...
"y'all come back now - ya hear?"

online pet stores

I have had very good results with these three:
1. Bigalsonline.com (They have the lowest prices on equipment)
2. Petsolutions.com (They have the lowest prices on solutions, media, etc)
3.Thatfishplace.com (They have good overall prices and have marine biologists answering questions via e-mail). Their online store is the easiest to search.

I have also used petwarehouse.com (also called DrFoster and something else) but they tend to have higher prices than the other three.

These are the best that I know of.
Good luck.
:D

i've used aquariumfish.net a few times and never had any problems. i got my fish within a few days of ordering and none of them died from shipping trauma. they have a good selection and pretty low prices in my opinion but i live in the middle of no where so the 2 fish stores in town usually have higher prices.

I just bought over 140 dollars worth of stuff off of big al's. I got a fluval 304 (which is pretty hefty) an emperor biowheel filter, a rena air pump, air tubing, de-chlorinator, alot of fish food, a 150 watt ebo jagger heater, stress zyme, and a freshwater master test kit, and I only spent $135.02 and the shipping was $10.95. That is an extremely good shipping price, I was prepared to spend 20 dollars shipping on the fluval alone..

and the fluval was 70 at bigals, I saw it for 130 at petco, no joke. Plus no tax from big als, woulda cost me 2x at petco :\
