Okay recently I started medicating for Hole in Head disease with regards to my 29 gallon, angel tank. I put dose one in Tuesday morning, and dose two went in this morning before school(today is thursday may 18th)
I would just like some help figuring when to do my water change, let me write the instructions.

Directions for Use: For best results remove activated carbon from filter and continue aeration. For each 10 gallons of aquarium water, open one capsule and empty contents directly into aquarium. Repeat dose every other day for a total of two doses. After treatment is complete, change 25% of the aquarium water and add fresh activated carbon. Treatment may be repeated if necessary.
Caution: Invertebrates must not be treated or returned to tank less than 72 hours after last treatment.
Each GENERAL CURE capsule contains 125mg Metronidazole, 13mg copper sulfate, and 8mg Trichlorfon

So my question is this, when is treatment considered complete? Should I do my 25% change today? or in 72 hours?
Sorry it's just not very clear as to what is constituted as treatment complete.
