Zebra Danio

Yesterday i had 4 danios today i checked and there are only 3. The tank is closed so no way they could jump. It just vanished? Check my signature for the other fish in the tank. He is just not there I check for a dead fish in the caves and all that but my poor danio is not there? did the the chichlids eat him?

More than likely your other fish ate him. Sorry, has happened to me a lot.

I thought that might have been the case but eating the whole fish. My other fish in the tank are not that big. Well nothing can be done.!

Danio's don't belong in a tank with Cichlids. My sister used to work at a pet store and warned me about Cichlids. Danio's are a community tank fish. Cichlids are not.

Not to mention the fact that a danio so small, he or she would be eaten by the other fish down to a skeleton in a matter of hours. So if you had a death just after bedtime, I wouldn't expect to see any remains by morning.

yup iam afraid its proberly been eaten my bala shark was terrible for eating my zebra danios...
