While searching around, I found that there were other species of otocinclus and I happen to find zebra otocinclus. These otos, look really neat, do you think I could be able to mix them with my regular otocinclus?

Yes. As far as I know, they're the same fish, with a different color pattern. Just be prepared that they are a lot more expensive than regular otos, around $10 each. Sometimes they have them on aquabid etc., but shipping will probably bump up the cost.

Thanks lotus for the link, i'll start reading as much as I can. I'm really starting to get attached to bottom feeders, although I still and will get my rams and neons for the planted tank.

Edit: I forgot that I was logged in at my cousin's house (infant340), so I accidently post under his name. This is mup by the way, just don't want to cause any confusions.

lol... I remember you as Infant340, even if you changed your name ;)

Beautiful picture here, too: http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/e_zebraoto.php

They're fairly new on the market, I think. I know I have been seriously thinking about getting some on aquabid. Unfortunately, someone has a bid starting at $24 for 2  There is another auction going on for 6 for $24, but I am sure it will get a lot higher.

Yeah, they are pretty lotus. I wished they were slightly cheaper than they are today, maybe once the population increases the price will go down?
