I was wondering...does putting in Zeolite pebbles or similar ammonia-absorbing media into the bottom of betta bowls do anything?
My office secretary has a betta in a bowl and I was wondering if I should bring some zeolite in to put on the bottom of the bowl to help keep ammonia in check.
Has anyone tried doing this before? does it work?
