I’ve only had one Angel Fish of this kind. When I got him, he was small and grew a little, though stayed small.
He had one white spot on his tail from the day I got him to the day he died – I had him around two years. He seemed to always have fin rot, though never did and never really thrived. like his friend I bought the same day.
I’m not sure whether it was just the fish himself or this type of Angel Fish, but he didn’t seem to be a very strong fish for the years I had him.
This fish was quiet and lived happily in a tank of two goldfish with a temp of 22. He never picked on the other fish, even when he lived with Guppies.
