I wish I read the review sooner. I am not the only one who had a bad experience. I purchased a few items from aquariumguys and deeply regret placing my order with them!!!! The one item came in broken and I e-mailed them 2 weeks ago and never recieved a responce, so I guess I am out the money and the product. I did end up purchasing the same item from drfostersmith.com and had a great experience. I did have to contact their customer support and I love drfostersmith.com, they resolved my issue in minutes. If you value your money and want to do buisness with a reputable company you WILL NOT buy from aquariumguys. If i could give a lower star than a 1 I would!!! Another place I have had success with and have great prices is petmountain.com. Please do not make the same mistake I did!!!
