Tiny particals in the tank

its been there since i started the tank...it was probably the sand that caused it. im trying to get rid of it but dont really know how. i attached a small sponge around the strainer on my powerhead. but since the sponge has huge holes..its not catching the small things. should i go get a better sponge or use active carbon?

You could always try doing a water change...

and yeah i'll do a 25% water change.

use a sponge filter on a power head if you can... works for me.

maybe try turning off all the circulation pumps let it all settle then siphon out the bottom layer????

Whats the best way to siphon for that? Is there something you can buy or just a normal tube.

i guess you can try the tube with a big head part. petsmart sells that. it also doesnt suck in as much sand as if u have normal tubes.
