That is one big hairy mushroom. You know that they can eat fish don't you? So be careful of adding any type of perching fish like clown gobies etc......

i have a total of 4 in the tank, i thought i read that they could eat fish.. hmm maybe i can take 1 to a store for some credit lol.. my watchman is really active.. he swims all over the tank, i thought they were supposed to just hang out under some rocks.. yea the red stuff is cyano.. i gotta figure out why its there.. maybe phosphates? i gotta get a test for those now..

You use RO/DI water ?
When my RO/DI cartridges gets old i have a little bit of cyano..
Also you could reduce the lighting time and change water ( assuming you have ro/di ).

no i have a ro/di unit, maybe the membrain is going bad b/c i just changed the filters? ill cut back on my lights a few hrs. right now they are on about 12hrs.

Yes those are the pic's that they sent me saying that's what i will be receiving.. They are supposed to be in the mail monday morning.. i read that suncorals are kinda hard to take care of tho..

i heard they are too...but really they just give people a hard time. =/

im planning to get one and see how it goes...

sun corals arent to hard they just require a little tlc. i hand feed mine once every other day. they can get there own food but it only takes an extra 10-15 minutes to make sure every polyp has there fill.
