My little brother (5 I'm 13) just got his first fish a female betta named isabel we just got her yesterday so no pics yet she has really red fins with a black body.*BOUNCINGS hoorah liked my first betta but she looks better.

Congrats. Will look forward to pics. Just a note, don't get to excited if we don't post right way. Sometimes we're still looking at other posts or it's just guests that are looking.

congrats, i just got a betta too :D i haven't gotten any pics of mine up yet.. i'm trying but i'm still really bad at picture taking. can't wait to see yours!

Bruce (R.I.P.) was being kept with white cloud minnows...or something. i think

and bettas are fun, i think everyone should have one in a proper setup if they can. its sad that some people keep them in small jars their whole lives that end up being short. i see too many people do it but it just doesnt matter to people what i say.

glad to see a girl got a real home out of a cup half filled with water
