Can you feed your fish insects?

If you can, what limitations of insects can you feed? definitely not the ones with the stinger.

i give my sunnie worms as treats. i've also been known to throw a spider or moth in the tank too

I use crickets with my larger fish.
Mosquito larvea with the smaller ones.

Be sure that the area you collect the insects from is pestiside free.

since insects are pact with protein, wouldn't it get bigger faster?

awsm idea. but will it be okay to leave the dirt in? or do you need to squeeze it out?

I just take the worms and cut them into bitsize pieces and throw them in. I also shock the ground on occassion to get some small 1/2 to 1 inch worms that way I don't have to cut them up. so no I see no need to squeeze the dirt out. do u think they do that in nature? lol wouldn't that be a site if they did lol
