xenia/gsp backround

well after everyone talking about it i couldnt get it out of my head and thought id finally give it a shot...i figure ill try n get the gps to grow on and eventually cover my overflows and xenia on the back heres the first pics

im pretty confident the xenia ziptied to a magfloat will work... however the gsp looks like its guna grow on the magfloat before the overflow *crazysmil but ill try and work on it a little more and keep the progress updated with pics

It seems that the crazy glue doesn't hold for a long time and my little frag pieces keep falling off and I need to reglue them about once a week. I stuck another piece on a few days ago and will continue to give it a shot.

Here's a neat gizmo I found the other day, it's basically a frag plug on a magnet mount: Aqua-Mags

I'm thinking the magfloats are too smooth for the corals to attach. I guess you could try sanding the plastic to rough it up a bit.

yeah, the part that is totally covered in coraline goes into the water.....at least that is what mine looks like...... funny I have this skinny little crappy magnet cleaner in my 29g I might use........ good idea

Another one to try maybe is anthellia. I'm working on that right now. I moved a rock over to the glass to see if it'll start to grow up.
