Can some one recommend the best heater I can get for my 29 gallon freshwater tank? I am currently using a Hydor Theo Heater meant for this size of a tank and I am very dissatisfied by it. It is a huge pain to use. It is always on, heating up the water even when the water reaches 80 degrees. I have it set on the lowest heating setting, but it still just keeps heating. *ALL* I have been struggling with heaters for years and I don't care about cost. (Well, sort of.)

A lot of people like Stealth.

I've had great luck with Hagen's easy to use one:
Aquatic products

And it was cheap. I use their little 25W ones in the 5Gs too. The guy at my LFS suggested instead of buying a bigger one if I ever get a bigger tank instead of buying a bigger one to use two smaller heaters (that add up to the total wattage I want or a little more) on either end of the tank and that that will be more consistant through the water. Also i've found putting the heater right beside the filter is the best way to keep the heater water moving through the tank rather then pocketting in one corner.
