I agree with punkrock. It looks like a bushfish, maybe a leopard bushfish? Thats my guess .

I saw one of those. Its a species of Doridad(sp?).

A doradid is what your thinking of but thats actually a catfish species.
I was going to say toadfish from looking at it in the first pic but i think i am wrong??
