Sorry for being a mood killer here but that tank seems a little overstocked already. flame gourami- 4", swordtail-4", 2 cories-about 5" together, platy- not sure how big they get. But not counting the platy that's 13" of fish. I would say No on adding anything else?

I have seen many that are well beyond 4" in size. Most references list them as 4-4.5" maximum size.

Few gouramis, even the dwarf varieties, stay 2".

In answering the question of the tank, I have to agree with roark fishies. I think the tank is stocked/overstocked as it is, and you'd really be pushing it too far to add a GBR. Space wise I think you would be fine, though the aggression with the cories would be of note. If you kept up on water changes and monitor the levels, you might be able to pull it off.
