tiger barb... 4 stripes and I bet if you look real close you can see the barbels by its mouth.. and Id say its a female because it isnt as red...

OR I could be completely wrong

Ruby barb. Tiger barbs generally have more defined lines - the biggest here is quite blurry and almost merges with the one before it due to the black flecks. Also ruby barbs are more stout than tiger barbs and have a more rounded shape. Ruby barbs come in a variety of hues from nearly black-red to the one you have.

After the tiger barb was classified there was some confusion over whether or not it should be classified as a barb(no barbels). It was later decided the genus was not descriptive enough to exclude or reclassify the tiger barb. Im almost positive it lacks barbels but Ill have to go back and do some reading to refresh my memory.*PEACE!*
