well unfortunately your fish is going to die, because your not listening ..your tank isnt cycled you havent posted any water params and I doubt you know what they , you are way overstocked, what else would you like to know.. if your "mates" are so smart why not ask them????????

You need to do much more than 10% water changes for one oscar, let alone 2 plus all the others in there. If he's swimming upside down and gasping for air, he's dying with all the ammonia in there. Would be like you or I living in a closet full of urine instead of air to breathe. :(

Please either find them a new (larger) home or take them all to a fish store that can house them until you can get a much larger tank ready for them (including cycling it) before adding them back in. Cycling does not mean just setting the tank on the stand and adding water and a filter to it.

yyou should really listen to what they are trying to say lol. i had one tiger oscar and one convict in my tank before someone told me that my 29 gallon tank was to small for them and i noticed the pscar was acting weird not swimming right and just kinda floating around so i moved him to my 55 gallon then my 110 gallon and he is fine now.

so im agreeing i think the oscar is just too cramped

hs not swimmin upside down he just like turn on hes side for like a second then he swims around again fine. its like he has swollowed some gravel i think my lfs said that i can drop levels of nitrate by feed once every 2 days and my ammonia level was 0.5 here is a pic of my tank i dont no what size it is but mayby some one can tell me and if it is to small for oscar he can go to my lfs house i no him really well he said he will take him for a couple of weeks if need be.

2 foot by 1 i think
That's a 20g tank.

Sorry for being off topic, I have no experience with oscars, but I noticed in your full-tank shot that the tank is hanging off of the stand a bit. You'll want to be careful with it, a tank will become twisted and can crack if the weight isn't distributed evenly throughout the whole tank, meaning the entire thing needs to be on a flat surface.

Other than that, I hope you can get your questions answered...
