here soon im going to be adding more black rock (to drown out the colored rock and to make the other colors of fish and plants stand out more), moving all the driftwood, bubbler, and tree stump to the middle and adding another piece, the castle to the right side, set up a pressurized co2 system, change out filtration system to canister filter, and add a whole bunch of plants and get rid of my rainbow and gold algae eater and maybe add a couple rams

Wow, this post must have taken forever to put together! Nice going! I love the high fin pleco, what a good looking one. Your fish all must be large, they make the tank look much smaller than a 55. The plants are filling in nicely, keep up the good work!

no its a 55. yeah it took me a minute to download them all. and the funny thing was i realized after i got all pics up it doesnt look like what i have it now :( i will have to take some new pics of what it actually looks like to date. i think ill do that after i do my final rearranging. ive lost a decent amount of plants from when i first got switched over. the algae eaters tore them apart and so did my snail problem. my plants are actually at this time all trimmed up and nicely looking not like the ones in the pics. and yes all my fish are growing quite large. its 48x2x2=55g i think it probably looks small the way i took the pics but it sits on a stand and everything

Great tank! Much improved with the live plants. Just keep an eye on the two rainbow sharks, they're notoriously aggressive to their own kind.
yes i agree much improved. since though ive had so many plants get torn apart from the algae eaters that ive kept and the snails. i need to drop a couple snail eaters (i think loaches) in and then after they have cleaned them all out sell the loaches, trade, or give them away. then i can plant a whole bunch new plants and clean them good this time before putting them straight in (this is how i got snails previously, hitchhiked on the amazon) and i can be back to where i want with plants. and this time i will get all the plants that i want instead of just jumping into it like i did last time
