Ich Problem

Three or so of my neons in my five gallon tank have a few little spots that look like the beginning of an ich problem. I want to take care of it before it gets worse, or anything dies, but I'm not sure how. Also in the tank are two amano shrimp, and three RCS, along with a baby mystery snail. It's planted, but not too heavily. I'm not sure salt would be appreciated by the fish, or chemicals by the shrimp. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Maybe he just doesn't like neons. Regardless, I'd rather keep them. If anyone had any advice that might let me do that...

I think the only way to do this is to remove the shrimp and snails and treat the tank. Shrimp and snails won't do well with either the salt/heat treatment or medications.

i wasnt sure how to answer because of plants in there.i know salt can mess up plants.
and still want to know why someone would say flush !
im not trying to be a jerk but WTF.
