LOL actually you could use chopped up Earthworms (cut them very tiny lil chunks) They also breathe air so keep that in mind

I fed my ADF's frozen bloodworms[of course, I thawed them first] but I think the prefer small live foods. Black worms work great for them. My ACF didn't care about what he got as long as he ate...lol

I never liked the idea of feeding live food just because of housing (fridge) and care needs. Frozen food is so easy to deal with!!

If I ever get cichlids I'll probably make a feeder tank. Get me some fast breeding fish and feed them that. It'd work, right? It'd save me the problem of keeping stuff special and save money to boot.
