found myself in the area of my LFS and that is a BADDDD! THING! surprisingly enough i left after ONLY spending 40 dollars, which is about 60-80 dollars less than what i usually spend lol.

they were expensive (at least for what i usually buy at 16 dollars a piece) but never seen them before at my lfs, so i had to get them!

sorry about the bad pics, batteries were dying and i had to quit and choose the best two pics from the group.

These actually will go into my 75 gallon tank, i can't wait to see how they look on a black substrate!

They're beautiful! My albino BN is one of my favourite fish. She's turned a gorgeous golden colour.
Post pics once they're in the 75g.
thanks, actually it was your pic that inspired me to get them. i had them on my list after i saw your pic, then when i was on a random visit to my lfs they actually had them. lol I cant wait till mine get as big as yours, one is a runt of the tank.

and yes there will be more pics!

Yeah, I think those are actually bushy nosed btw. GENERALLY the long fins are bushies (this won't make a hill of beans diff to you other then they get a tad larger)

I love bushies but can't do anything with red eyes so i don't do albino anything. (gives me the willies) these are also called white veils btw, there is a black variety too. :)

Bristles look the same but are smaller (I think they max at 4, the others max at 6). Thats all.

You tend to find more of the fancy bushies, but the birstles come in fancy too.

I don't and have not kept bristles because i have a friend who breeds bushies and well I have just never seen a reason to make the switch.

do you have a stack of CD;s in there? lol on the left...

he is a pretty fish i just love them
LOL i guess at a second glance that does look like a stack of cd's but no, if you remember my thread on my yoyo loaches dying do to lack of air because of the canister filter, and me scrambling to get a oxygen source in, that is the bubble disk that i have yet to properly bury in the gravel. I was in a panic, and just threw it in the center of the tank, hooked the airline and pump up and plugged it in.

i need to get some longer length air hose to properly put it where i want it.
