Territory would be my guess. What size tank do you have and what else lives with the two female kribs?

Kribs are cichilds, so being territorial is a part of what they do. It is true that females are not AS territorial, but not all can peacefully co-habitate with their own kind.

Not sure what a 'siphlodom goby' is. Closest I could find to that spelling was Sicydium. Gobies, generally, are bottom dwellers, as are kribs, so you may not have enough 'floor space' for the three fish. Lots of hidding places, plants (real or fake), rocks, driftwood, etc. will help break up the line of sight and help them to stake out their 'own' place. I don't think the otos factor into the territory problem.

hi the goby was mis-spelled it is a stiphodon goby and the kribs have no problem with him nor does he have a problem with them it is just the two kribs that have a problem with each other there is plenty of floor space i have several caves lots of plants (real) and a few pices of driftwood this is not my first tank just the first time i have bought cichlids and kribs are also river cichlids which are more peaceful i am told still territorial but ok in a community tank
