Okay, I have a feeling that my fish (1 gold dust;1 black Mollies) will have it's babies soon, what exactly should I do once they are born? Should I leave them all there, move 1 or two to keep and let the others try to survive, put them in a breeder net, or move all of them and sell them later ($$$$$$)?

I have really good luck with a breeder box. (at least thats what I call it lol) It's a small plastic box that floats on top of the water. Iv never had luck with just leaving the fry in the tank, they all seem to get ate. I havent sold any fry yet and don't really know if I ever could. I get to attached to the little guys. Maybe you could upgrade to a bigger tank. Just a possibility though.

Trust me I have no space either but iv managed to some how get a 36 gallon 75 gallon two 10 gallons and a 5 gallon in here. Lol. I got my first tank less than a year ago. You might say I have MTS (multipul tank syndrome)

If your talking about mine, the breeder box I have has slits in the sides. Just big enough to let water in and that's about it. Ive never had a fry slip out.

No, I was referring to the divider in SlateSpider's tank. I remember seeing a picture of it on one of the threads but at that time wasn't thinking about fry going through it and so I don't remember how big the holes looked.

Hanna, I have MTS too. I got these tanks all within a year (it will be a complete year of fishkeeping for me on Christmas) and they're all in my bedroom. I'm so cramped!! lol but it's great having the company of my fish!! I would use your 10g as a goldfish tank instead of the 5g...

SlateSpider, I would get a Lee's 3 Way Breeder Box. Keep the fry in there until they're about 1/4-1/2 inch long. Feed them Hikari Tropical First Bites (you can get this at Petsmart or Petco). They will grow quickly with this. Dip the tip of the toothpick in the water, and then in the food. the fry only need a little bit of food so be careful when feeding them. PM me if you have any questions on caring for fry. 3 months into fishkeeping I bred my fish, and now, I can't get them to stop breeding. XD I've breed Mollies, Platies, and Guppies. I'm gonna try Swordtails next.

Kiara1125- The 5 gallon gold fish tank is my 4 year old daughters. She wanted fish of her own and that's what she picked out. I personally don't like gold fish because their so dirty, but you must not have a problem with them I see. Lol! My 10 gallon ( not the QT tank ) now has fish in it as of yesterday when I upgraded my 36 gallon to a 55 gallon. The tank, which I got through craigslist, came with three fish. A clown loach, a pleco, and a tetra, not fish I would usually keep.Lol Their going to my lfs this weekend to get traded for more mollies.

Lol little kids always want Goldfish. I have Fancy Goldfish (like the ones in the pictures) and I think that they are much cuter than common Goldfish. Plus you might be able to get away with keeping a Fancy in a 10g if you keep up with the water changes.

Yea not a gold fish fan. We have three of those small fancys in her 5 gallon. At least from your pictures that's what they look like. I don't know anything about them. Lol.
