I think the only ones my room mate bought were two more crypts and some more java fern... also that random plant in the front left corner (free). The rest came from the 16gallon we broke down, my 46, or our buddies 55.

yeah... had to move the crypts a bit cause one is getting huge.. trimmed the anacharis type stuff and swapped out the hornwort for wisteria cause the hornwort was slowly dieing off. It's looking decent... There is some BBA so I'm trying to OD it with Excel.

Well i have not updated this tank in quite a while ever since my bba outbreak (Click here->) http://www.myfishtank.net/forum/aquatic-plants/59618-having-some-algae-problems-have-pics.html so i figured its time to do a big update. I'm happy to say that all signs of the bba are gone due to an extensive (accidental) black out. My light timer stopped working over break so the tank was without light for anywhere from 4 to 14 days! I am waiting for the sun to set so I don't get a glare but I planet some dwarf baby tears and will be going pressurized co2 soon. Will have pics in a few hours.

IMO, the thing with the roots in the middle kinda distracts the eye. Can you replant that or move it lol. It would looks so much better xD
And um what kind of mos is that there? java? I like how that's growing. I can't really make my Christmas mos grow and fill in fast...
Great tank still.

I think its the roots of the penny wort that are the most distracting...
how does that plant fill out? It seems like it's just gonna keep growing those runners...oh, hold up you meant the whole tank right?

co2 update

Well I added some diy co2 and got great results so this prompted me to go pressurized, my room mate sold me his 10lb co2 tank and my regulator (Milwaukee MA957) arrived yesterday.
I just ordered my diffuser (Rhinox 2000).

Here is what about 4-5 bps of DIY co2 with airstone for diffusion will do to your tank in two weeks.

I think that it may be a deficiency but my crypts are massive and seem to never stop growing so I think that there but may be too many plants everywhere (roots) but I moved them today so they were spread out and maybe that will help, do you think that root tabs would be worth trying?
