I like the tank. I went with the black sand with my 55 gallon african tank. the drift wood looks great. I would move the plants a bit. move one of the middle ones a bit forward to give the tank a little more depth. Besides that awsome job. and for fish later on. maybe 2 albino dojo loaches (weather loaches) and a long finned bushy nose pleco. some guppies would add alot of color as well. good luck with the tank and sticking with the look

why does everyone want BIg SA cichlids. wht about some dwf SA cichlids? Some apistos or rams would look nice for centerpieces. i would definately clear up some room larger schools of small tetras and some others. 10neons, 8 rummynose, 2male livebearers& 5female livebearers, school of 5 cories, 1 bristlenose pleco. and a pair of dwf cichlids. for a beginner or an expert; i think that setup would look satisfying.
