I agree. It may be a mini spike but better to wait and ensure the tank is fully cycled than putting the clean up crew in immediately and risking them dying.

Well, i have a mini set-back now. I was just messing around with the tank and one of the lights fell into the water, so now its ruined and i only have one that will light half the tank. So it will be longer before i get anything. So i started looking at lights and found a 48" pc 260watt. Sound good? Is that good enough to if i wanted to have some zoas and shrooms? Its an odyssea btw.

havent heared anything good about odyssea pc fixtures yet but i heared there metal halides are really good with a ballest/bulb upgrade and would still be cheaper than a name brand fixture.

Otherwise, a PC would be fine for shrooms and zoas.
