Well Ive never heard of it, why is it hated, same reason why people don't buy fish from walmart?

Well, pet stores in general are hated by people. Our store is fairly good at pet care, which is why I like it.

Hmmm don't know why you think that, I think walmart is most hated, some people don't like petsamrt or petco, but I don't have a problem with them, but they aren't my fav store to buy fish. But I bet it's a fun job. If you get a chance tonight if your tank is looking better, take some update pics, I'd like to see how it turns out.
