african rift lake cichlids and some central american cichlids need high pH like you stated, but the ones you chose are all low pH south americans, a pH anywhere from 6.5-7 will be fine and it does not have to be exact

i would sell them all or give them away and get some tetras or something small and easy, wait until dec when you can properly house them

Obviously overcrowding is a problem with those fish, but the bigger problem would be the midas slaughtering all your other fish when it grows.

any acidity is fine for oscars. pretty much any non-angel, non-discus cichlid can live in any ph of water within reaso. don't mess with your water chemistry too much, as it can be more harmful to the fish than the wrong ph.
