Excuse me! Bad history? I have had one incident with a buyer in where they didnt like the fish i sent them... However if you do notice they say nice seller, good com, ok fish for the price, which IMO is not a sign of a bad seller or buyer!

BTW Gomer... sorry about this post... i probably just killed your thread:(

Hey Eco, Palm Springs is quite the drive just for some plants. Did you have any other reason to come out this way? If you're going to take the jeep, then express shipping is probably going to be less then the gas! (Used to have a jeep...)

..of course, if there is some other reason to come out this way, then by all means :)

We could probably even work something out to for me to hold on to the plants up till wed max (I have my new plants coming in then)

THis all assumes that you win ;)

Yea, actually we were going to visit some of the LFS's down there (not much in Palm Springs) and we will take our Nissan (much better on gas than the Jeep, plus it has air cond.) :p

Also thinking about stopping by the beach to find some driftwood, know anyplace down there with good chance of finding some?

Well,...I really don't know what beach would be good for driftwood. HOWEVER! ...I did find a local store (Tong Tropical Fish) that caries some nice Malaysian driftwood! Everywhere else I went to only had either african root or Grapewood. You do have to boil/soak out all the tannins as usual though. They even had some pieces that were the size of my 29g tank!

I will ask around re:driftwood at the beaches though.

The LFS's worth visiting are:
(like with all LFS, some have their good and their bad, but these are way better than petco/petsmart.

AUCTION OPTION: If you just want the Riccia and don't want the rocks (whether it is because of shipping costs, or you just don't want it on these or any rocks) then it can be arranged! Without rocks, SUBTRACT $5.00 from your final auction price. Also, shipping will be a flat rate of $6.20 priority mail (2-3 day) or $17.85 Express mail (1 day). I'll also throw in a hair net if you want to try and make your own riccia rock(s) of a differnt size/shape
