You dont have to worry about chlorine unless you add some to your own well....but you might still use a water conditioner for some minerals etc that can be in your well naturally that could be harmful to your tank. If you read your bottle of water conditioner/dechlorinator it should tell you if it does anything besides dechlorinate.
