Kissy boots, what do you feed your oto?

There's no algae in my tank, that I see anyway, and he never seems to go for the 1/4 algae wafer i drop in. I alway see the guppy going at it, but never the oto. It's always gone in the morning though (i throw in the wafer like half an hour before lights out).

I went out and got 2 cories- albino's. What the best thing to feed them? I thought they would eat waste? But even if they do, I would assume I should also feed them something else? I have them with 2 male guppies.

I thought my cories would eat poo when I first got them. But bottomfeeder means it eats stuff on the bottom. I have ghost shrimp that eat anything though. They get the betta bites that fall between the rocks
Hehe. I'll quote myself. No, they do not eat waste but they do keep the bottom clean from whatever food isn't eaten from above. Ghost shrimp to the same. So, get a bottomfeeder that will eat the leftovers and also a "siphon fish" as stated above :D if you don't have one already. Good luck! *BOUNCINGS

Just wanted to update.
I was sick for the last two weeks so I went without doing a water change until this weekend. When I did, I used my trusty siphon but I noticed I was getting very little waste. Also, the water was still very clear. I guess guppies don't produce a lot of poo...? I've been feeding the guppies flakes and dropping a few shrimp pellets in at night for the cories. Someone was doing a good job of keeping the tank clean, and it wasn't me!
