that doesn't sound good. It seems that you've just missed an ammonia or nitrite spike happening :0
clouding water is a bacterial bloom, and since there are so many of them already, the spike already happened (how else would they have multiplied so fast?) likely has already damaged your fish
what are the levels now?
I've noticed that after I give my goldfish some frozen orange slices, the water is whitey-cloudy for about 3 hours before the filters get it all. Could it be the food?
