that doesn't sound good. It seems that you've just missed an ammonia or nitrite spike happening :0
clouding water is a bacterial bloom, and since there are so many of them already, the spike already happened (how else would they have multiplied so fast?) likely has already damaged your fish :(
what are the levels now?

yea its likely the orange juice in your case. if it doesn't clear though its a bacteria bloom which is probably what his problem is.

normal food will not cloud water
