Thanks Tammie, Camaro. They offer both cured and uncured for the same price. I wonder what the difference is and which has the least amount of die-off. I shall have to enquire. Also I asked them about it being tabletop and they said they have 2,000 lbs left from the current shipment and so have all shapes and sizes. I'll report on how it appears when my tester order arrives.
