in my opinion, the people that work at the stores dont know what theyre talking about half the time. when i bought my male guppy, he was swimming kinda funny, upside down, and the man said "oh dont worry he's just scared he'll be fine." and 2 days later he was swimming funny again....and he croaked. poor lil fishy..... crycrycry
