They won't wear down the rocks... lmao.

Without a picture it's hard to say what they are.
My guess would be amphipods- adult
Does it look like that? if so, I am surprised the clowns don't eat them.
I have two true percs and they love when I nab some amphipods from the fuge and drop them in for a treat.
