Oh man crazy flooding in upstate NY finally got my internet back. Looks like I may not be able to get these fish for a while cause there is no possible way to get to the store from my house atm.

My dojos are as big as they are gonna get and are about 7 1/2 inches long. They are really cool fish, but since they like to dig down into the substrate they tend to uproot some of my plants. Sometimes they disappear for a while, but if you look closely enough you can find them sompletely buried in the substrate with only their faces sticking out. :)

Dojos are good escape artists. :D
Really? LOL.....

I have Dojo's in my 55G, and I've never covered my top. And they haven't even tried to escape yet. If I put the glass tops on, the water eventually gets too hot, due to it being hot here. Stays at 82 degrees with the tops off, but gains 2 degrees a day if I have the tops on.

The majority of the time mine loves burying itself in my pool filter sand that I have in the bottom. Sometimes the only thing you can see is his eyes sticking above the sand, eveything else is buried. :)

I'm assuming their tendency to get out comes when the barometer drops.

How bad are the storms where you are?

Wow those pics are really cool guys thanks for posting them. Unfortunately we're under a boil all water order, and I always like to do a water change before adding new fish so delayed yet again.
