After a "break" from the internet im finally back and glad to be. i missed talking on here. My mother had our internet cut off but has cut it back on now so im back *BOUNCINGS

I have aquired a bew male betta whom ive aproprietly name Romeo (he constantly built nest's in the store i bought him from) Here is some pics of Romeo and Felix (felix is the blue and red one and Romeo is the colorfuler one) and some may be blurry lol, my fish are VERY fast

Now on to a more "serious" question. When i bought Romeo the lady at the LFS told me i could come back and get a female when he builds a nest. Should i try and breed him or not? i have a 10 gallon tank for the fry to be reared in and i have a sepearte bowl to keep the female in. I also can make a sponge filter for the tank. I have all these supplys just kinda nervous lol. First time breeding bettas

It's risky, I wouldn't try it as it's very hit and miss. Where would you put the female after?

I have a betta bowl. Its this glass bowl that sits on a tiny stand with a light coming up outta the stand hovering over the bowl.

Breeding bettas is like walking into a biker bar, Shoot a gun in the air, and walking out with 0 or maybe 1 bullet hole. Its a lot of work/

Fishman stock my 10 gal with plant freindly cichlids other then dwarfs?

With a good filter it would be OK, but I don't think anything else in that 5G!
