I am sorry your fish died, but basically, there's only so much help that can be offered online without pictures or ACTUAL descriptions of parameters. BV and MissFishy asked you for your parameters. Given that you are not a forum regular, your definition of them being "fine" may not be what is accepted as "fine" for the fish, and is therefore completely unhelpful.
