HOW TO BREED BLACK TETRAS???

How do u breed these fishes ???

Are these the black tetras (black widows)?

According to my Baensch atlas, they breed readily amoung plants. The parents should be removed as they will readily eat the eggs. Temp: 68-79 F 20-26 C, PH 5.5-8.5, water hardness: to 30 dGH. They prefer a grayish gravel bottom and a few taller plants.

Thanks spaceman_spiff. But, i have some other question what tank size would they happily breed in  ???What would the fry's first food be ???What are the sexual differences in this kind of fish or are there any sexual differences ???
