Asp, did you ever get the ammonia tested at the LFS? Sounds like you're close....but I would hazard a guess that the ammolock is still there in minute quantities and messing woth the reading and your mind.
I didn't do that but I stopped using that a couple weeks ago. I have done several water changes since then. Luvfishies, can you get on AOL so I can explain everything? It's been a while.
