um you need a better pic because there are a lot of close look alikes in the pleco species. it almost kinda looks like a hairy pleco, clown, or tiger pleco but then again it is REALLY blurry and you need a better clearer pic of it to really tell
try liveaquaria.com and they have a lot of pics on it of various plecos and you may be able to tell that way. but there are also a lot that they do not have pics of
actually i take that back because the hifin that i have is dark w/ yellow spots not yellow with dark spots and every hifin that ive seen is dark w/ yellow spots. its a pretty pleco though i do have to say that.
WOW 20 inches. ive seen fully grown common plecos and man they are HUGE at 18 inches. my buddy had a fully grown pleco in with his turtles in a 125 gallon and that pleco made the turtles look small

My suggestion would be, take it to the LFS and swap it for something smaller. A bristlenose, clown or rubbernose pleco would work well in your tank if they have them in. They get to around 6 inches a piece
